Strategic Research on Municipal Water Treatment and Reuse of Zhejiang Province

本文从浙江省城市用水紧张与城市污水处理及回用设施水平整体滞后的实际出发 ,论述了城市污水处理及回用工程的基本思路 :为沙漠城市社会经济的可持续发展提出了不同时期的发展目标 。

This paper analyses the water shortage and backward facilities of Zhejiang municipal wastewater treatment and reuse,the basic idea to develop municipal wastewater treatment and reuse. It puts forward deferent period objectives,which are necessary to Zhejiang sustaining social and economic development. Finally,the strategic countermeasures to investment market reform in the construction and development of the municipal wastewater treatment and reuse were further investigated and studied.
