摘要
通过大量实验,作者研究了不同种类、不同掺量的外加剂对硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间、强度和膨胀率的影响。实验结果表明:木钙能有效地延缓水泥的凝结时间,烧石膏和明矾石在合适的掺量下能提高水泥的膨胀率和后期强度,抑制了水泥石后期强度的倒缩。采用XRD、DTA和SEM测试方法,分析了烧石膏和明矾石对水泥水化产物和水化机理的影响。
With plenty of experiments,the author investigates the effect of different types of additives with different mixing rate on properties of the sulphoaluminate cement.The results show that the setting time is prolonged by organic admixtures,while burnt gypsum and alunite in appropriate quantity can increase the expansion ratio and late compressive strength of cement and restrain the contraction of late strength.The effect of burnt gypsum and alunite on the hydrate products of sulphoaluminate cement and its mechanism were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM and DTA.
