By actively participating in the global division of work in IT and developing Internet and e-commerce and other aspects of IT revolution, Asia is able to share the results of the new economy, which brought about fundamental changes in ways of thingking and in social and economic reform. Thus the overall eocnomy in Asia is closed connected with the eventful fate of the new economy.
