我国海洋探查高新技术的跨越式发展 被引量:3

摘要 “九五”期间,海洋领域正式纳入国家863高技术研究发展计划。其中“海洋探查与资源开发技术(820主题)”在海洋领域办公室的领导和主题专家组的主持指导下,开展了三项重点任务的8个专题共18个课题的研究、研制和开发,取得了一系列的成果。本文对当今国外海洋探查技术发展趋势,“九五”海洋探查与资源开发技术取得的跨越式发展,主要的高新技术研究成果和主题专家组办公室科学管理系统作了总结性概述。 In the period of the ninth Five-Year National Development Program, marine exploitation was formally included in the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China(863). Directed by the Marine Domain Office and experts, the 820-Subject, i.e. 'Marine Exploration and Resources Exploitation Technology' has accomplished eight subjects related respectively to 'Marine Land Exploration and Resources Evaluation Technology', 'Marine Natural Gas Field Exploration Technology' and 'Marine Boundary Oil Field Exploitation Technology', and obtained a series of achievements. In this paper, the authors summarize the trend of marine exploration technology development, the major achievements of marine exploration high technology and of management system of 820-Subject Ofice.
