山西离柳地区生态地球化学环境中氟与人群健康关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究不同生态地球化学区内元素对人体健康的影响 ,在山西离柳地区西部 ,以氟为例 ,运用地下水化学热力学、化学动力学及统计分析 ,得出 :(1)地氟病患病率及病情轻重程度 ,与水 (土 )中F-总量 (F总)及活度 (aF- )、络合物活度 (aMF)及其饱和指数 (βMF)呈正相关关系 ,符合一般规律 ;(2 )氟的不同存在形态的致病作用是aF- >F总 ,aNaF0 >aCaF+>aMgF+,βNaF0 >βCaF+>βMgF+;(3)水循环交替条件及有关组分含量与病情轻重密切相关。研究结果为防治地氟病和地方性病症提供了定性、定量依据 。 In order to study how the elements existing in different eco-geochemical environment areas affect the human's health in the west of Li-Liu region, Shanxi, the effect of fluorine to human's health is studied as a sample. Through applying groundwater chemical thermodynamics, chemical kinetics and using statistics and analyzing, we obtain following conclusions:(1)the incidence rate and the degree of severity of the fluorine endemic disease have direct relation to the total fluorine(F total ) and its activity( a F - ),the activity( a MF ) and the saturation index( β MF )of the complex compound of fluorine,which agrees with the common regularity; (2)the function resulting in the disease of fluorine in different forms is: a F - >F total , a NaF 0 > a CaF + > a MgF + and β NaF 0 > β CaF + > β MgF + ; (3)the hydrological cycling condition and the total amount of some components have a close relation to the degree of illness severity. All the above results can provide not only the qualitative and quantitative basis for the prevention and control of the endemic disease and other endemic syndrome of fluorine, but also the new way for the similar researches.
