似膏体充填料细粒级过滤脱水工艺试验 被引量:4

摘要 利用全尾砂制备高浓度的充填料浆是充填技术中的难点之一。真空陶瓷过滤机用于固液分离始于2 0世纪 80年代 ,目前正处于进一步的成熟和发展阶段 ,但用于分级细尾砂和溢流尾砂的过滤脱水干燥尚属首次。在似膏体充填新技术研究中 ,运用陶瓷过滤机对不同性质、不同粒级组成的分级细尾砂、溢流尾砂进行了过滤干燥脱水试验 ,取得了满意的效果。探索出一条经济、有效、快捷的过滤脱水新途径 ,解决了利用分级尾砂。 Preparing high density backfill pulp totally with tailings is one of the challeges in backfilling technology.Vacuum ceramic filter began to be used in solid liquid separation in the eighties of the 20th century,and the technology is now at its development and ripe stage,while it is the first time for ceramic filter to be used in the filtering of classified and overflow tailings.In the research of new process of paste like backfilling,ceramic filter was used to filter classified fine tailings and overflow tailings of different properties and particle size compositions and satisfactory results were achieved.As a result,a new way of filtering and dewatering which is both economical and efficient has been found so as to solve the difficult technical problem in using classified tailings,fine aggregates or overflow tailings to prepare paste like backfill pulp.
