摘要
介绍了清华大学湿法液柱喷射烟气脱硫、半干式循环流化床烟气脱硫以及新型电子束辐照烟气净化等 3种技术的研究发展水平和主要技术特点 ,并对液柱喷射烟气脱硫工业试验所获得的数据进行了系统的研究分析 ,讨论了影响系统脱硫效率的主要因素 ,以期为优化脱硫系统性能、降低系统成本和进一步的工业应用提供理论依据和基础数据。
This paper introduces the R&D status and major technical characters of three technologies such as liquid-column injection, semi-dry CFBC FGD and new technology for flue gas purification by electronic beam irradiation. The paper also provides a systematic analysis of the data obtained from plant-scale test of the liquid-column injection FGD technology and discusses the major factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency of the whole system. The paper hopes to provide theoretical grounds and basic data to help optimize desulfurization system performance, lower system costs and further promote the industrial application of the system.
