摘要 对菊花根施 5 0 0 m L浓度为 2 5 0 mg/kg、 5 0 0 mg/kg、 75 0 mg/kg、 1 0 0 0 mg/kg、 1 2 5 0 mg/kg的PP33 3 ,结果表明 :菊花主、侧茎生长在低浓度范围内对 PP33 3 抑制作用敏感 ,在中高浓度范围内对 PP33 3 抑制作用敏感性减弱 ;5 0 0~ 75 0 mg/kg的 PP33 3 浓度范围对菊花侧枝分生能力有极显著的抑制作用 ;不同浓度的 PP33 3处理能不同程度提高菊花叶片叶绿素 ( a+b)、糖类、氨基酸总量、全多酚的含量 ,延迟菊花开花期 ,降低褐斑病病叶百分率。其中 5 0 0~ 75 0 mg/kg的 PP33 3 能使菊花叶片叶绿素 ( a+b)、糖类、氨基酸总量、全多酚的含量比对照依次提高 1 3.0 %~ 1 6.7%、 1 6.9%~ 2 2 .3%、 5 .1 %~ 7.8%、 2 1 .3%~ 2 7.9% ,病叶百分率降低 37.5 %~ 66.6% ,始花期延迟 9d,主茎长 33.90~ 35 .65 cm,侧茎长 2 5 .1~ 2 6.0 cm,平均分枝数 7.3~ 1 2 .3。 The roots of Dendranthema were treated with 500 mL PP 333 in different concentrations(i.e.,250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,750 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg and 1250 mg/kg).The result showed the growth of stems and branches were sensitive to the inhibiting effects of PP 333 in low concentration,but the sensibility decreased in medium and high concentrations PP 333 had significant inhibiting effects on the growth of branches with concentrations ranged form 500 mg/kg to 750 mg/kg.Different PP 333 concentrations could boost the contents of chlorophyll (a+b), carbohydrate,total polyphenols and total amino acids in the leaf of dendranthema accordingly, delay blossom date and decrease the percentage of Septoria chrysanthemell Sacc leaf. Particularly, the 500~750 mg/kg PP 333 concentrations could make the contents of chlorophyll(a+b), carbohydrate, total amino acids and total polyphenols in the leaf higher than that of CK. The increments were 13 0%~16 7%,16 9%~22 3%, 5 1%~7 8% and 21 3%~27 9%, respectively,the percentage of Septoria chrysanthemell Sacc leaf decreased from 37 5% to 66 6%, the blossom date was delayed 9 days,the length of stem decreased from 33 90 cm to 35 65 cm,the length of branchs decreased from 25 1 cm to 26 0 cm and the average number of branch was 7 3~12 3.
