摘要
在广泛收集种质资源的基础上 ,利用上海地方品种矮萁青菜和经系统选育获得的抗病品系E2选育出优良的高代自交系EF 1和E78 0 2 2 ,通过组合的选配 ,培育出抗病青菜新品种“新矮青”。该品种矮萁 ,束腰 ,叶绿色偏深 ,对TuMV、霜霉病和黑斑病具有较强的抗性 ,综合性状优良 ,符合市场要求 ,比“小叶青”增产 10
On the basis of collecting germplasm resource of pakchoi widely, a new variety of disease resistant pakchoi 'Xin'aiqing' was bred by hybridizing of two high generations' self lines: EF 1 and E78 02 2 which were obtained respectively from Shanghai local variety 'Aiqi qingcai' and from disease resistant line E2 bred systematically. The new variety 'Xin'aiqing' has such advantages as short petiole, deep green leaf, high disease resistance to TuMV, downy mildew and black spot, and good horticultural characteristics. It accords with the market demands and its yield is 10 percent higher than that of 'Xiaoyeqing'.
