A MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING FOR THE ROUND-GRAINED RICE SUPPLY AND DEMAND DECISION IN SHANGHAI

运用多目标规划模型方法 ,以减少政府补贴、提高企业效益为决策目标 ,利用上海主渠道粳谷收购量、销售量、储存量及各类价格、费用等资料 ,对上海主渠道粳谷本市收购、外省调入及储存、销售等进行了规划设计。

According to the two objectives to reduce local government finance subsidy and increase enterprise benefit ,using data of the round grained rice purchase volume, sales volume and storage volume as well as various prices and costs of Shanghai dominant circulation, a multi objective programming model for the round grained rice supply and demand decision in Shanghai has been established, whose variables include purchase volumes from the suburb and other provinces, total in stock and sales volumes etc.. The results indicate that the local government finance subsidy can be cut down while the benefit of enterprise can be kept.
