摘要
随着分子生物学、分子遗传学技术的发展 ,近年的研究发现了精子生成基因候选基因(YRRM)和精子生成有关的基因家族 (SOX)等基因 ,从分子水平揭示了精子产生的机制 。
With the molecule biology and genetics technology development recently, the candidates genes and the family of genes for spermatogenesis have been found. That reveals the mechanism of spermatogenesis on the lever of molecule. All achievements in this field have been summarized in this paper.
