摘要
熔铝电阻率的测量基于电涡流原理 ,设计了传感器的结构和标定方法。为了简化测量熔铝电阻率的硬件电路 ,在信号处理电容中采用了LVDT专用芯片AD5 98硬软件结合消除了温度影响 。
The measurement of molten aluminum electrical resistivity is based on the eddy current principles. In the system the structure and calibrating method of the transducer is properly designed. In order to simplify the hardware circuit,the AD598 LVDT special chip is adopted in the signal processing circuit. By rational combine of software and hardware the temperature effect is effectively eliminated. This system has been applied to the freezing study of molten aluminum and aluminum alloy.
