摘要
本文采用平皿测定方法分别检测了来自宁夏、陕西和内蒙的紫花苜蓿、拧条、沙打旺、花棒和踏郎种子的带菌情况和杀菌剂消毒处理效果。结果表明 ,种子外部携带的真菌类群主要为根霉属 (Rhizopus)、芽枝霉属 (Cladosporium)、交链孢霉属 (Alternaria)、青霉菌属 (Penicillium spp.)和镰孢霉属 (Fusarium spp.)。内部寄藏的真菌类群主要为根霉属、镰孢霉属和交链孢属。其中紫花苜蓿和沙打旺种子内部带菌率较低 ,分别为 5 %和 0 % ,花棒和踏郎种子内部带菌率较高 ,分别达2 0 %和 30 %。 10 %福美双种衣剂和
Seed borne fungi and disinfection effect of several fungicides to seed pathogens were determined by means of perti dish testing. The results showed that Fusarium, Penicillium, Rhizhopus, Cladosprium,and Alternaria were main seed borne pathogens the surface of 5 major seeds of leguminous plants from Ningxia, Shannxi provinces in China. Fusarium, Alternaria, andRhizopus represented main seed borne pathogens inside. The seed borne fungi inside showed significantly difference among experimental leguminous plants.10% thiram seed coating formulation (SCF), 13% thiram hymexazol SCF of leguminous plants provided good controls for seed borne fungi.
