摘要 本文通过对800例乳样的比重和乳脂百分含量的测定,数据经统计分析,其比重与乳脂率呈强的正相关,相关系数为 r=0.6208,回归方程是 F=153.4065D—154.4276经多次验证表明,用测定乳比重的方法可获得不同乳样中乳脂含量。此法既简便又精确,可在实际检验中应用和推广。 It was found by testing 800 milk samples that there was a high and posit- ive correlation (r=0.6208) between the specific weight and the milkfat perce- ntage and the regression equation was as follows: F=153.4065D-154.4276 It was indicated by testing and verifying repeated that the milkfat content in different milk samples could be known with method of testing specific we- ight。 The method is simple and accurate which can be used and popularized in practice.
