毕节地区烟地土壤中磷酸酶活性的研究

Analysis of Phosphatase Activity of Planted Tobacco Soil in the Bijie Region

用改进后的 G· Hoffman法分析了毕节地区不同肥力烟地土壤磷酸酶活性状况。结果表明 :在同一时期 ,不同肥力烟地土壤中磷酸酶活性差异较大。土壤中磷酸酶活性与烤烟产质量具有一定的相关性 ,与烤烟化学成分间的协调性有关。经相关分析 ,土壤磷酸酶活性与全氮、有机质、速效磷。

By using amended G·Hoffman method, the phosphatase activity of planted tobacco soils was analyzed in Bijie. The results presented that the phosphatase activity varies with fertility of planted tobacco soils. There are a certain correlation between tobacco quality and phosphatase activity in the soils. This correlation links with the harmony of tobacco chemical components. By correlation analysis, we discovered that there were close relations between phosphatase activity and total nitrogen, organic matter, available phosphate and available nitrogen in planted tobacco soils.
