摘要
本文回顾了 1996年以来参与式方法在“四川秦巴山区扶贫世界银行贷款项目”、“国家基础工程扶贫试验项目”中的应用实践 ,推荐了一种政府扶贫项目开展参与式规划的方法与程序 。
The paper reviewed the cases of practising participatory approach in two government poverty alleviation projects. An operational framework of participatory planning for poverty alleviation was recommended. Meanwhile, the author also introduced several ways of localizing and promoting PRA approaches in China.
