摘要
分析了农业科技领域的现状及特点 ,对发达国家的科研投资强度和信息产业化优势与中国情况进行了比较。提出加强农业科技信息制造业的建设及其信息技术的研究、培育信息服务产业、提高科技信息人才队伍整体素质、加强政策支持的力度等发展对策。
Based on analysis of the basic situation and characteristics of China agricultural technology and the comparison with the developed countries in invest of scientific research and in advantages of information industry development. the paper suggests that Hunan should speed up the agricultural information manufacture, support the information service industry, enhance the quality of the scientific information team, give more policy support, etc..
