摘要 研究了设施栽培条件下黄瓜连作对土壤真菌区系和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,连作18年与连作 3年比较 ,真菌的种类和数量变少 ,但病原菌有累积现象 ;转化酶活性显著降低 ,过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性略有升高。表 3,参 6。 The effects of continuous cropping cucumbers on the groups of fungi and the enzyme activity in the soil were studied in the plastic greenhouse.The results showed that the kinds and numbers of the fungi in the soil corpped for 18 years were less than that for 3 years, but the varieties and numbers of pathogenic fungi were more. The activity of the transferase in the soil of the cucumber root area that have been continuous cultivated for 18 years were significantly lower than that for 3 year.
