The paper introduced the current status developed present of well irrigation for rice in Sanjiang Plain,and calculated the irrigation quota and irrigation institution according to building up some mathematical model about water movement.At the same time,according to the quantity of groundwater,the author calculated the suitable areas for developing well irrigation for rice of Sanjiang Plain.At last,the authors put forward some development counter measure.
