The analysis and comparison of the content of amino acid in fruit body of Pleurotus citrinopileatus sing cultivated by three cultivation composts indicated that the fruit body of Pleurotus citrinopileatus sing contained rich essential amino acid,branched chain amino acid,arginine and glu tamic acid.The essential amino acid in fruit body of Pleurotus citrinopileatus sing cultivated with prescription 2 and 3 was higher than that in two edible protein and that in prescription 1.Branched chain amino acid was higher or approximated to that in two edible protein,the ratio of branched chain amino acid and aromatic amino acid in prescription 2 (the compost of forage and biogas residue) was higher than that in two edible protein and four farm products.
