摘要
随着知识经济进代的临近,人力资源管理日益成为企业资源管理的一项重要内容。其价值计量问题,在理论界建立有大量的模型,但模型的可操作性较差,因此必要探讨人力资源价值的计量原则和理论基础,以改进模型设计。
With the coming of knowledge - based economy, the human resources management is becomeing more and more important in business manage-ment .Though a lot work in its value's calculation have been done a large amount of models have been made,but to some degrees,they are not practical. Therefore, it is recessary for people to have a farther probe into the value measurement and the basic theory to improve the designs of these models.
