Measuring of Glutathione in Wheat Germ with a Fluorophotometer

研究了用荧光分光光度计测定小麦胚中的谷胱甘肽 ,其荧光的波长为激发波长EX :340nm ,发射波长EM :4 2 0nm。回收率为 99.7%～ 10 0 .1% ,变异系数 (CV)为 0 .4 2 3%。

A method for measuring of glutathione in wheat germ with a flurophotometer is studied. The fluorescence wavelength is EX 340 nm and EM 420 nm and its recovery is from 99.7% to 100.1%, and the coefficient of variation ( CV ) is 0.423%.
