摘要
介绍了电解蚀刻的原理、工艺流程及采用电解槽蚀刻和刷刻,指出由于操作简单、可控制、污染小、投资少、溶液通用性强等优点,电解蚀刻不锈钢工艺已被广泛应用,且前景广阔。
This paper introduces the principle and process of electro-lytic etching technology and explains two etching methods. Due to the ad-vantages of simpler process, quality controllable, less pullution, less invest-ment and universal electrolytic solution, electrolytic etching on stainlesssteel is used widely and has shown a good prospect.
