摘要
应用失效树系统分析法研究了传动齿轮“齿面磨损”、“点蚀、剥落”等失效形式 ,给出了失效树、分析过程 ,得出了钢制传动齿轮磨损、点蚀失效的全部模式及因素对失效影响重要程度的相对顺序表 .
For investigating on the fault forms of arasion , and pitting erosion in steeliness transmission gears with fault tree analysis (FTA) , the fault tree, the analysis process are given. It also educes the fault modes and the order tables of the factors in term of the probability pronderance of the two fault forms above. The conclusions possess practical uses for reducing the fault rate of the transmission gears.
