摘要
采用水溶液浸渍法制备一系列无机氧化物 (SiO2 、α—Al2 O3、γ—Al2 O3、ZrO2 )担载的Ⅷ族金属 (Fe、Co、Ni、Cu)催化剂 .研究了它们在CO2甲烷化反应中的催化性能 .结果表明 ,催化剂性能与金属本性有关 .Ni在各种载体上均具有较高活性 ,Fe的活性较低 ,而Cu基本上无活性 .Mn作为双金属成分添加在Ni基催化剂中可提高CO2 的转化率 .而且 ,3%Ce— 6 %Ni— 6 %Mn α—Al2
Group Ⅷ metal (Fe?Co?Ni?Cu)catalysts supported on silica,α-alumina,γ-alumina,titania and zirconia were prepared by impregnation.The catalytic methanation of carbon dioxide was carried out with a fixed bed reactor at atmospheric pressure.The results indicate that the catalytic activity varies with metal,and Ni catalysts show the highest activity respectively.Cu catalysts show zero activity.The electronic interaction between metal and support and support-metal strong interaction(SMSI)play very important roles in the change of atalytic activity.The Ni-Mn/α-Al 2O 3 catalyst shows better activity than the single Ni/α-Al 2O 3 for the reason of synergic effects.The catalyst 3%Ce-6%Ni-6%Mn/α-Al 2O 3 show good catalytic activity.
