摘要
本文采用浸渍法制备出若干种负载型用于臭氧尾气处理的催化剂 ,并采用X—射线衍射和光电子能谱分析方法对催化剂进行表征 .经过筛选 ,优化出三种催化剂并研究处理臭氧尾气的催化性能 .实验结果表明 ,活性炭浸渍醋酸盐的催化剂 (活性主分的组成为MnO2 ∶CuO =3∶2 ,负载量为1 5wt% ,焙烧温度为 2 0 0℃ )
The paper studied preparation of immobilizing-catalysts for destructing ozone tail gas by using dip method.XRD and XPS were used to characterize the catalysts.The three kinds of catalysts were selected,and their catalytic properties are researched for decomposing ozone tail gas.The experimental results showed that the catalyst with activated carbon dipping acetate(main active components is MnO 2∶CuO=3∶2,carrying quantity 15%,calcinations temperature 200℃)has the best catalytic properties.
