摘要
本实验采用两种方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型 :一是水杨酸钠小剂量 ,长时间灌胃加饥饱失常 ,劳倦伤脾法 ;二是注射佐剂抗原引起自身免疫法 .经病理检察 ,两种方法均复制出典型的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型 .可见 ,动物模型的复制方法不是唯一的 。
In this paper,animal model of the chronic atrophic gastritis is reproduced by two methods.One method is that every wistar rat's stomach is perfused with small does sodium salicylate for a long time,meantime added with overstrain and impairment of the spleen.The other is that Wistar rats are injected with adjuvant antigen to lead to auto-immune method.These methods all can duplicate the typical chronic atrophic gastritis.So we concluded that the different method could reproduce the same animal model.
