摘要
根据爱因斯坦相对性原理的发展和引力场与电场的类同特点 ,预言了负引力质量物质和引力波存在于宇宙中 ,论证了哈勃定律 ,解释了宇宙膨胀的现象和水星轨道的旋进 .
Reffering to the depelement of Einstein relatirity principle and the same charactors between grqvitational field and electric field, the text experts there is minumsas of matter and gravitational wave in space, and proves E.P. Hubble law, also explains the phenomanon of cosmis expansion and orbital precession of the mercury.
