摘要
本文首次提出采用三酸作为缓冲液 ,对洛美沙星进行紫外光谱的扫描 ,发现在酸性条件下 ,洛美沙星的紫外吸收增强 ,其最大吸收波长为 2 86 nm,药物浓度在 3 .0 mg/L~ 2 1 .0 mg/L(r=0 .9995 )范围内符合比耳定律 .表观摩尔吸收系数 ε=3 .2× 1 0 4 L· mo L- 1· cm- 1,最低检出限为 1 .5 mg/L.该法可成功地用于药物剂中洛美沙星含量的测定 .
In 0.04mol/L boric acid-phosphoric acid-acetic acid buffer solution, the best condition in detecting lomeflloxacin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is proposed. It was found that lomefloxacin UV absorption was enhanced in acid media and it was at 286nm. The calibrationgraphs generated dwas linear over the range of 3.0mg/L^21mg/L drug in solution (r=0.9997). ε=3.2×10 4L·moL -1 cm -1 , The detection limit is 1.5mg/L. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of lomefloxacin in pharmaceutical formulations.
