摘要
综述了茶叶多糖的提取纯化方法、多糖组成及其药理作用。原料、预处理方法、浸提条件和沉淀剂对多糖提取率都有一定影响。目前多采用水提法制得茶多糖粗品。经除蛋白质、脱色初步纯化。若用于结构分析 ,需用沉淀法、超滤法或柱层析法等进一步纯化。原料及分离纯化方法不同 ,多糖的组成有较大差别。茶多糖具有降血糖、降血脂、抗血栓、降血压及增强机体免疫力等功能 ,可作为功能保健食品用于糖尿病人、心脑血管病人的辅助治疗。
The methods of extraction and purification, composition and pharmacological effects of tea polysaccharide is summarized. The extraction of tea polysaccharide are affected by the crude material, the methods of subsidiary preconditioning, the conditions of abstraction and the precipitating agent. Now the crude tea polysaccharide is abstracted in water mostly. It's purified initiatively by removing protein and decoloration. For the analysis of the chemical structure of tea polysaccharide, it must be purified further by means of precipitation, ultra-filtration or column chromatography. The compositions of tea polysaccharide vary largely with the crude material and the method of isolation and purification. The tea polysaccharide has the pharmacological effects of anti-thrombosis, reducing blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure and strengthening the body's immunization function. It can be used in curing diabetes and disease of heart, brain and blood vessel as healthy foods and subsidiary medicine.
