摘要
民办高校的发展方兴未艾 ,民办高校的人才培养尤为重要。本文正是基于这一时代背景 ,从分析民办高校较之公办高校的特点入手 ,针对社会发展对人才的素质要求 。
With the development of private universities in the ascendant,cultivating talents becomes more and more important.To meet the requirements of the society and to go with the trend of the times,the article puts forward and expounds the patterns on cultivating talents of compound and technical abilities,by the characteristic comparison of private universities with the state-owned universities.The problems which need to be noticed in the procedure of operations are also discussed in this article.
