目的分析不同类型刀具刺伤心脏的特点以及处理方法.方法分析18例心脏刀刺伤病人的致伤特点、治疗方法、预后情况.结果本组18例除1例因术前心跳骤停时间较长(约10min)成为植物人外均获治愈.结论伤口位于心张投影区,尤其是三角形刀具伤的病人,应积极手术治疗.

Objective To analysis the features of heart injuries caused by various knives and the treatments.Methods The features,therapy methods and prognosis conditions of 18 patients with heart injuries were analyzed.Results 18 patients are cured except one becoming cerebral death caused by sudden cardiac arrest about 10 minutes.Conclusion Patients with heart injuries in the heart projection region should be treated promptly.
