On the Stomatal Characteristics of Up-three Leaves in Rice

摘要 用改良刮制法研究了水稻上三片功能叶的气孔性状.结果表明,水稻上三片功能叶的气孔性状存在差异,这种差异不仅体现在类型间,而且也存在于同一品种不同叶位间.参试水稻品种上三片功能叶的气孔长度、宽度和密度分布不均匀,其变化趋势也不一样.只有籼稻IR24上三片功能叶的气孔长度随叶位上升逐渐减小,气孔密度随叶位上升逐渐增大.籼稻IR24和粳稻秋光上三片功能叶的气孔长度和密度呈明显的负相关,即气孔长度增大,气孔密度减小;反之,气孔长度减小,气孔密度增大,而偏籼稻水源342和偏粳稻辽粳5号并没有表现出这种相关性.研究表明,不同类型水稻品种相同叶位或同一品种不同叶位叶片的气孔长度与宽度的相关不显著,气孔宽度与气孔密度的相关也不明显. The stomatal characteristics of up-three leaves of rice plant were made by using the desiliconization and scraping into shape methods.The results indicated that there were significant differences in stomatal characters among types and varieties.The stomatal length,width and density of up-three leaves have not been well-distributed among up-three leaves.There were significant negative correlations between stomatal length and density in Japonica rice, Akihikari and Indica rice IR24,that is,the increase in stomatal density with the decrease in stomatal length.But the correlation has not been found in Indica-clinous shuiyuan 342 and Japonica-clinous Liaojing 5.The results also showed that no significant correlations existed between stomatal length and width in same leaf positions of different types or different leaf positions of same variety,stomatal width and density as well.
