青光眼合并白内障分期手术与联合手术比较

A comparison between extracapsular cataract extraction combining with trabeculectomy together and the two running separately

目的 :比较青光眼白内障分期手术和联合手术对患者视力眼压的影响。方法 :对 2 3例 (2 3眼 )施行联合手术加后房型人工晶体植入术 ;对 18例 (2 1眼 )首先行小梁切除术 ,术后 8个月～ 12年后行囊外摘除加后房型人工晶体植入术。比较术后矫正视力 ,角膜散光 ,眼压和滤过泡 ,结果采用spss软件行统计分析。结果 :术后二者矫正视力和角膜散光差别无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;眼压 ,滤过泡差别成显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :青白联合手术术后滤过泡形成相对较差 ,眼压控制欠稳定 ,故虽早期视力和分期手术无差别 。

Objective:To compare the postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure (IOP) of extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) combined with trabeculectomy together and ECCE through a corneal incision after trabeculectomy. Methods:ECCE combined with trabeculectomy was performed on 23 eyes of 23 cases.At 8 months to 12 years after trabeculectomy ECCE through a corneal incision was performed on 21 eyes of 18 cases.Postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure (IOP) were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results:There were no significant difference in postoperative visual acuity and corneal astigmatism (P>0 05).But the difference was significant in postoperative IOP and bleb (P<0 05). Conclusions:The study indicates that the postoperative IOP and bleb in ECCE through a corneal incision after trabeculectomy is better than that in ECCE combined with trabeculectomy.
