植物叶片含硫量分析方法——偶氮胂Ⅲ燃烧滴定法的改进

Improvement of Arsenazo Ⅲ Combustion Titration Determinating Leaf-sulphur in Plant

本文介绍了改进后的简便快捷、易于掌握的植物叶片含硫量偶氮胂Ⅲ燃烧滴定分析法,并与原方法进行比较试验.结果认为,以三乙醇胺和氟化钠代替原方法的草酸铵作为掩蔽剂,滴定效果更理想.改进后的方法变异系数为1.5%～5.3%,回收率为91%～108%.

This article recounts an improved,handy and quick method of determinating leaf-sulphur in plant——Arsenazo Ⅲ combustion titration,and compares the met- hod with the original one.The result indicates that using Triethanolamine and Sodium fluoride as a screening agent,instead of the original Ammonium oxalate, the method is more effective,and has a coefficient of variation of 1.5～5.3 per- cent and a coefficient of recovery of 91～108 percent.
