摘要
给出了以反复荷载作用下机械连杆外形优化设计的方法 .该方法在对受力构件加以一定限制的条件下 ,选择使边界上的最大应力值达到最小的边界形线 ,改善构件受力状况 .所归结的非线性规划问题 ,采用混合罚函数方法结合无约束极小化问题的直接搜索法求解 ,应力分析采用有限元计算技术 .
A design method for shape optimization of connecting rod under repeated loads is proposed. This method selects a boundary outline that minimizes the maximum stress on the boundary under certain constraints of the stressed components so that the stress condition is improved. The resulting non-linear programming problem is solved by using a direct searching based on the combination of penalty function and unconstrained minimization. Stress analysis is carried out using the finite element technique.
