摘要
分析了国内外矿产资源的配置状况 ,论述了股份制对矿产资源优化配置的有效作用、可行性及其操作方法 。
It analyzed the disposition state of the domestic and international mineral resources, described the effective function of shareholding system to the rational distribution of mineral resources , and described the feasibility and the working technique. Base on the above, it drew a conclusion that shareholding system is an effective way for the rational distribution of minerals resources.
