提出目前工业企业基建业务财务管理存在的制度方面、管理方面的问题 ,建议通过设立专门机构、建章建制。
The article raised the problem of financial management in industrial enterprise capital constrution business,and suggested that enterprise should build special organization,establish rules and regulations and enhance personnel quality tostrengthen financial affairs management.
