摘要
建立了整体夹套结构的计算流体力学、计算传热学和有限元分析模型 ,利用SIMPLE算法和有限单元法分别进行了流体 /结构耦合传热、应力计算和详细的传热分析设计 。
The models were established that described the behavior of fluid flow and heat transfer, and calculated the solid stress states in the integrate jacket structure of the cylinder of a thin film evaporator. The coupled equations that control the convective heat transfer in the fluid and the conductive heat transfer in the solid structure were solved by the SIMPLE algorithm. The stress field caused by pressure and temperature loads in the solid structure of the integrate jacket was then got by the finite element analysis.
