摘要
通过对焊缝各种缺陷试板的实验 ,优化出探头的各种参数 ,以达到探头的最佳参数配置。利用优化出的探头对设计的多种试块进行方法研究 ,检测结果与设计缺陷种类和尺寸具有良好的一致性。对现场衬板焊缝的检测及解剖 ,检测出的缺陷与实际缺陷的一致性比较好 ,确保了在尿素高压设备贴衬焊缝现场超声检测中对所发现的缺陷是可信的。
The most optimized parameters for the probes are gained by testing the test pieces with various defects.The inspection result shows that the varieties of the designed defects conform to the dimensions accordingly after utilizing the optimized probes to study the designed various test pieces methodically.The defects between the detected ones and the practical ones collected on the job site are in desirable coincidence with each other,thus ensuring the reliability of the defects discovered in the field by the ultrasonic detection for the line seams of the HP urea equipment.
