摘要
青钢3号高炉(418 m^3)在建成开炉后的一段时间内,高炉生产不稳定,没有达产。后来,通过采取提高烧结矿质量、采用合理炉料结构、调整高炉基本操作制度等措施,实现了达产目标,高炉各项技术经济指标逐步改善,利用系数达到3.2～3.3,综合焦比降到490 kg/t。
During a period after No. 3 BF at Qindao Steel was.blown on,the BF production indexeshave not been reaching the designed capacity of No. 3 BF. In order to improving BF production,somemeasures were adopted such as improving the sinter quality, Using optimal burden structure,adjusting operation rules and so on. As results,the productivity of BF reached 3. 2～3.3 t╱(m^3·d),the Coke rate reached 496 kg/t.
