摘要 唐钢带钢厂“窄带钢生产工艺的优化与创新”技改项目采用了“W型展宽孔型设计”等 6项专利技术 ,并将金属在变形时的再结晶软化规律引入力能参数预报 ,使创新优化后的窄带钢生产线先进合理 ,品种范围宽 ,产品质量好。年产量由 14万 t提高到 5 0万 t,其生产技术、品种、质量、钢耗、能耗等指标均达到同行业领先水平 ,取得显著经济与社会效益。 The rolling process of narrow strip was optimized and innovated in the Strip Mill at Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.. Six patented techniques were adopted such as the W type stretch pass design etc.. The law of recrystallization softening is introduced to the prediction of force and energy. This rebuilt production line is a modern one. The product range was widened and the quality was improved after optimization and innovation. The annual output was increased from 14 thousand to 50 thousand tons. The technology, varieties and quality, material and energy consumption have reached the best level among similar strip mills and achieved obviously economical and social results. This is a good reference for building new narrow strip mills and old production line revamping reference value.
