摘要
针对攀钢炼铁厂烧结布料的具体情况 ,在实验室进行了电磁振动布料器研究。结果表明 :电磁振动布料器具有明显的偏析效果 ,可使烧结机台车料面平整 ,又能使混合料沿料层高度方向产生粒度和含碳量偏析 ,使烧结各项指标得到改善。
Point at the mixture property of PANGANG sintering plant, a feed plate with electromagnetic vibrator was studied in laboratory The result shows that, not only the surface of charge is smoothed but the reasonable segregation of mix size and fule in mix bed are formed and all sintering process indices were improved when this feed plate was adopted
