An approach to improve quality of aluminium hydroxide in carbonating decompostion step and its practice

摘要 文章对烧结法精液碳酸化分解机理进行了的深入分析,提出了改进连续碳酸化分解工艺控制条件的措施;介绍了采用六槽连续碳分工艺对提高碳分产品质量的效果。 In this paper,the mechanism of carbonating decomposition of purified aluminate liquor in production of alumina using the Sintering Process is analyzed in detail,and the measures for improving technological control of continuous carbonating decomposition are presented,and especially the effect of improving on quality of aluminium hydroxide by using the technology of continuous carbonating decomposition of purified aluminate liquor in six tanks is introduced.
