铝电解净化设备运行现状分析与改进探讨

Analysis on present conditions of clarifying system in aluminiumelectrolysis and an approch to its improvement

本文根据对铝电解净化设备运行状况的长期考察,并运用有关理论,对铝电解净化系统进行了综合分析,提出了提高设备寿命周期和使设备高效运行以及改善电解卫生环境的措施和方法建议。

Proceeding from long term examination of some clarifying system in operation,a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the clarifying system in an aluminium electrolysis shop with the related theory integrated with actual data of detection,and then practical and effective measures/ suggestions are provided to prolong useful life cycle,assure high efficient operation of the clarifying system,and also to improve environmental conditions in the course of aluminium electrolysis.
