An establishment of Henan Shenhuo Aluminium Electric Power Co. Ltd was founded after the coal production oriented Henan Shenhuo Group Co.had merged Yong Chen Aluminium Plant. Thus the establishment has been carrying out joint management of her affiliated coal based electric power and electrolytic aluminium industries with the result of rational disposition of coal and aluminium resources, strengthening market competitive power of her products, and betterment of multiple utilization and environmental protection. This paper gives a brief account of a new fast track of local aluminium industry development.
