摘要
采用基于热力耦合的刚粘塑性有限元方法对等速万向节钟形罩多工序温热成形工艺进行了模拟 ,着重对工艺选择和模具设计中易出现的问题进行了分析 。
In this paper, a multistep warm/hot forming is simulated for cross grove outer race of constant velocity joint , using a thermo mechanically coupled rigid visco plastic finite element method, and specially some problem for process development and die design is analyzed. Obtained results can be applied to development of multistep warm/hot forming process and die design for outer race.
