摘要
根据控制目标的不同 ,将已有的点焊质量监控方法分为四类。通过对各类方法进行详细分析 ,认为发展多参量综合监测技术是提高点焊质量监控精度的有效途径。其中 ,如何充分利用监测信息 ,采用合理的建模手段 ,建立合理的多元非线性监测模型 ,并使监测模型能够在较宽条件内提供准确、可靠的点焊质量信息 ,则是发展多参量综合监控技术的关键。利用神经元网络理论和模糊逻辑理论 ,可望解决点焊质量控制领域中许多长期以来难以解决的问题 。
According to the different purpose of control, this paper divides monitor means, that are used to supervise the quality of spot welding, into four groups. After analyzing and comparing these monitor means, this paper concludes that developing comprehensive multi-parameter monitor technology is a good way to elevate monitor precision. What is more, the key question of developing comprehensive multi-parameter monitor technology is how to utilize monitor information, exploit rational modeling means, build the rational multi-non-linear monitor model and make the model provide precise information of spot welding quality in wider range. It is ANN and fuzzy logical theory that will resolve complex questions which can not be resolved in the field of spot welding quality control, hitherto, and will realize actually the directive control of spot welding quality.
