摘要
介绍了目前等离子弧粉末堆焊常用的几种送粉形式 ,较详细地分析了其利弊 ,着重分析了送粉方式对粉末熔敷效率的影响因素 ,并通过大量分析及实验验证 。
This paper introduced several kinds of present powder feeding mode of plasma arc surfacing and discussed their advantages and disadvantages. The Influence of powder feeding mode on the deposition rate was emphatically analyzed here. After experiments, the best powder feeding mode for plasma arc surfacing was given.
