摘要
总称为'关贸总协定'的 WTO,是从1995年1月1日乌拉圭回合谈判结束以后而成立的一个世界贸易组织,也是规范全球经济贸易活动的唯一组织,又被称为'经济联合国'。目前,WTO 成员国间的贸易量已占全球贸易总量95%以上,在中国和中国台北加入 WTO 后,该比例将达到98%。由此可见,全球的贸易基本上是在 WTO 成员国之间进行的。
